Diana enjoys connecting authentically with others, crafting & creating, and having fun while sharing her wisdom and her heart.

An early riser who starts his day bike riding to the beach, Ward watches the sunrise daily. He grew up on a farm in Cajun, Louisiana, and prefers order and simplicity; like a Timex watch (he owns several). He is described as a focused leader and enjoys his office scooter, mentoring, biographies, art research, and good humor.

Nickname: Duke

Co-founder and now Chairman of Valley Forge, Dan is an adventure seeker who loves boating, deep-sea fishing, reading, traveling, and, most of all, spending time with Judy, his children, and grandchildren. He enjoys building things, like a ground-up sailboat he built with Judy in Colombia in 1969 after his term in the Peace Corps. He is a passionate and active member of a few charitable foundations, such as AFMDA, the American Friends of Magen David Adom (Israeli Red Cross), where he dedicates his time and expertise to helping others.

Nickname: Big Daddy

A philanthropist, activist, Co-founder, and ChairMOM of Valley Forge, Judy is a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and seasoned advocate of women's rights who seeks to empower others. She was a founding member of NEWH and is an active member of many other organizations focused on supporting women. An intrepid adventurer who enjoys traveling less frequented destinations, Judy plans to trek up the western side of the Himalayas in Bhutan and climb Mount Everest this year.

New Orleans-born & raised, Katy loves being surrounded by friends & family. Her first job was here at Valley Forge, where she forged a family & stayed more than 20 years. She is beloved as warm, kind, & thoughtful. Katy embraces life fully - karaoke with her son, taking in Broadway & all that NYC has to offer, sleeping her requisite 8+ hours a night - Katy always celebrates the beauty she encounters.

Nickname: Dolly

Embracing design at a young age and loving a good adventure, Kimberly stepped into the hospitality industry and never left. A road warrior, she enjoys great surfing, skiing, and fast cars. One of the best-known and well-loved people in the Industry, Kimberly is also a loyal and wonderful sister, Aunt, and dear friend and leader to so many.

Nickname: Closer

A recreational boxer and self-taught painter, Allie is a trained chef who knows the secret recipes of world-famous chefs. Her VFF nickname is Mulan, our fighter princess who is fierce when overcoming challenges and bestowed with the gentleness to connect with many through real talks and thoughtful interactions.

Previously a Hollywood Talent Agent & Manager, Javier takes delight in discovering new people and the hustle of Hospitality. He loves music festivals and travels the world to see his favorite artists. Ever the wheeler-dealer, Javier knows all the best hacks for chasing airline status and maximizing points for travel. He frequents all the best places to wine & dine and loves adventures to new places with his friends and family.

Nickname: Agent

After passing the FBI psychometric assessment but failing the agility course, Paria applied her energy and sense of urgency to 9 years in investment banking before joining the VFF team. Her passion for creativity and a sense of community fuel her daily interactions, and she values openness and honesty above all. Paria's persistence is only matched by her thoughtfulness.

Nickname: Gordon Gekko

An old soul and descended from a famous fabric family, Gabi loves her glasses on a chain. She recognizes the importance of self-care and finds her peace by enjoying solo meals at restaurants. Gabi has been a stand-up comic and loves her family and writing. She is a loyal friend that appreciates genuine relationships and great buffalo wings.

A concert connoisseur, traveler, retired fashion designer, and now new mom, Sam is loyal and very loved. This Florida to Massachusetts to Florida East coastal-based chill soul prioritizes spending her free time with family and friends and friends that became family. An energizer bunny and optimist at heart, Athena is a color and design enthusiast. You will always see her wearing pink or cheetah print with a Diet Coke as her signature accessory. She has an extensive background in hospitality procurement and was President of the NEWH Chicago Chapter in 2022. She loves to bake and never shows up empty-handed, so if you see beautiful textiles paired with delicious treats, you know to thank Athena.

Meet Breanna, our ray of sunshine and the ultimate hype queen. Whether she is jamming out "No Scrubs" at karaoke or high fiving over a thrift store find, Breanna’s magic lies in making everyone around her feel like they belong. A proud owner of a matching tattoo with her BFF’s, she is all about loyalty, deep connections, and finding beauty in small things like the perfect vintage lamp or a peaceful hike in the Georgia woods. When she is not busy making people feel special and obsessing over the perfect fabric, you will find her searching for antique shops or refining her skills as an amateur award-winning artist.

Nickname: Cherry Bomb

Erin babysat for a VFF employee, and says she fell in love with VFF then. She cut her teeth in the hospitality industry with 6 years as a purchasing agent. A rising star, Erin was a winner of the New Design Professional’s program and won a VFF sponsored trip to HDExpo. A pragmatist & problem solver, she’d rather use the iron setting on her dryer than iron clothes, but as a self-proclaimed fabric nerd who loves fashion, Erin always looks fabulous. A Dallas native, she doesn’t wear cowboy hats but does appreciate a fabulous cowboy boot. She has grit and determination steeped in honey and will do whatever necessary to get the job done while creating fans along the way. There are so many things to appreciate and admire about Erin, and spending time with her is a treasure.
